We do not offer any discounts on future invoices, not matter how many makeup credits a student has saved up. If a student decides to quit our monthly program, they must redeem all unused makeup credits by the end of their last month or the makeup credits will be forfeited.
Makeup lessons are intended to be a supplement to your regular lesson time, not a replacement for your weekly lessons. If you are having trouble finding a time to schedule your makeup lessons, we encourage you to check our makeup scheduling page regularly, since time slots open up often because of cancellations.
