Makeup lessons are the clients responsibility to schedule, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for clients who have gotten behind on their makeup lessons.
We make our best efforts to make sure our teachers have enough afternoon and evening time slots open for students to reasonably be able to schedule makeup lessons. However, makeup lessons are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds or discounts to clients who have too many scheduling conflicts or clients who have neglected to schedule their makeup lessons.
If you're having a hard time finding a makeup lesson time, we encourage you check back on the makeup scheduling page regularly for cancellations. Keep in mind your makeup credits will never expire as long as you remain a member of our program.
