Unfortunately, we are not able to offer makeup lessons or refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, since we do have to pay our teachers for their time.
In the future, try to remember to cancel your lesson by 7 PM the evening before the lesson to be eligible for a makeup lesson.
